It’s never too early to mark your calendars! Now is the time to do so for the 9th annual Diablo Golf Classic!  This year’s charity golf tournament is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 29 at the Twin Oaks Golf Course in San Marcos, CA. Last year, the Diablo Golf Classic raised more than $25,000 for Point the Way Foundation, making the grand total of funds raised in its first eight years nearly $60,000! The Diablo Golf Classic was started in 2008 as a way for golfers of all skill levels to play in a fun, scramble-format golf tournament. As the event has grown and evolved, it has turned into a highly anticipated fundraiser with more and more golfers, sponsors and volunteers joining each year. This year organizers anticipate a full course with 140+ golfers and approximately 30 volunteers – all doing something they enjoy while helping to raise money for charity.
